Rates:
No rates are published on the Durban Dj's website. A deposit amount is advertised and payable online via credit card or EFT (electronic funds transfer).
- Deposits paid are made payable to Durban Dj's and are in South African Rands (ZAR), these and may fluctuate as the discretion of Durban Dj's.
Guarantee/ Payment Policy:
In order to guarantee the online deposit, please indicate your guarantee preferences when making the payment/ email to info@durbandjs.co.za. Should we receive no response from you within 7 days of your request. We reserve the right to cancel your request/ reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
Should this reservation be cancelled less than 7 days from the occasion date, a cancellation fee may be levied against you in relation to your guarantee method above and attached. If your reservation was guaranteed by a charge to your credit card at the time of the request, these monies are payable to Durban Dj's and any dispute thereof may be looked into in accordance with the appropriate refund policies. Refunds payable are at the sole discretion of Durban Dj's. All returns/ refunds will be looked into and the cardholder is to make contact with Durban Dj's.
Customer Data Policy:
Customer information will be confidential at all times and will not be shared without your express permission.
Security Capabilities:
All payments made on/ via the website are secure and made via a 128 bit ssl connection (secure transaction provider).
